New to the real estate market in Ohio

Hi there! 

I am very new to the world of real estate and the Bigger Pockets community. I have been listening to the podcast for a while now and am obsessed with the idea of starting a business. I am looking at the market in central Ohio, but am open to other markets as well. If there are other Buckeyes out there who have some advice for a first-timer like myself, I'm all ears. Cheers!

@Hai Loc I'm not sure what you mean by "bandwagon jumping." Additionally @Jeremy Hua, central Ohio is more than just Columbus. I'm from Ohio and am pretty familiar with the neighborhoods. Central Ohio has always encompassed a greater area than Columbus proper: Delaware, Newark, Lancaster...
