i would start acquiring assets, aka buy and hold. 1. get a real job with real income 2. buy a primary residence 3. buy an investment property that cash flows 4. rinse and repeat.

Knowledge, tools to apply knowledge. Basically, battery powered drill, pliers, hammer, pipe wrench is a good start. Dont do anything, however, if you don't know what you're doing....you tube can teach u damn near anything.

Finished = paid. If not finished, not paid. How "thing out of floor" comes into your job, dont know....but you do.

The job income, (and some assets) are enough to buy rental property. Avoid the wholesaling holding you up if you've got some cash...even if u dont you can hard money into one. Once youve got one, u can use it as leverage to borrow and buy more...but keep the job/income until u have enough showable income from rentals.

Lottery tickets....or a down payment on a mortgage, or give a hard money loan, or a cash purchase then a refi. Or a bunch of illegal drugs to sell
