@Kateryna Kilinich How do you feel about house hacking?  And the answer I would give you is it depends on the deal. One may come across your desk that would make a great rental but you may not want to live there.  Or a place may come across your desk that you fall in love with and want to break your lease and move into right away.

@Tyler Gibson can be a great resource for you.

@Daniel Shnaider If you are not there to personally take care of things, you are going to have to pay someone to do it for you. Never begrudge someone making money working for you as long as it is a good deal for everyone.  I am also in Orlando and still pay commissions on deals brought to me.

As far as financing, that will depend on several factors. Would be happy to point you in the right direction depending on the exact circumstances.

@Daniel Shnaider Welcome! as @Will Fraser mentioned there are ways around that. Another is through multifamily syndication acquisition fees :)

@Tom Bamberger I agree with @Chris Salerno. Multifamily syndication is the way to go right now in this area.

@Devin Hughes our group is active in the Central Florida market with deals in the works. If you are interested in getting more info, don't hesitate to reach out.

@Ahmed Souissi I was there as well. Met and networked with many excellent people including @Eduardo Zepeda, @Jamie Burns, @Shane Deckert and many many others.  These events are all about the networking.  Also did get some great stuff from each speaker....the parts I was in the room to hear :)
