@Matt Nico we actually started like that, but then became too big and stayed too long for the establishments we were at.  We will start meeting again in person Saturday morning.  Some of our evening ones will probably start again soon too.  No cost.  Not a pitch, but we do have speakers from time to time. They are our Accountants, Trust Companies, Lenders, Attorneys, Insurance Agents, Property Managers, etc, etc, etc.  They bring real value to our discussions and its not a sales pitch. 

@Noah Taylor Are you off on Wednesdays? There is a meetup I can point you to that meets at 1pm every week. 

Your taxes will go up/be higher with new sale and no homestead. BUT at first glance that does not look bad. 

@Ricardo Torres If I analyzed a property that was in a B/C area and came up with a cash flow of $350/mo after all expenses, I would buy it.  But in order to really give you an answer on your question, would need to see the numbers.
