I am an out of state first time investor looking to purchase a sfh in the Orlando area for rental purposes, have prices appreciated too much? Are we in the ninth inning or the 5th inning of a double header?

@Tom Bamberger I agree with @Chris Salerno. Multifamily syndication is the way to go right now in this area.

@Devin Hughes our group is active in the Central Florida market with deals in the works. If you are interested in getting more info, don't hesitate to reach out.
