@Trey Malone Our team currently owns and/or is under contract on 3 RV Parks & 3 MHPs here in Central Florida. All but one of those was found with the help of a Broker.  Loopnet & crexi can both be great places to start. Look in the markets you are interested in and contact the agents who have those listings. Get on their list and go from there.  The 1 park we did not get from an agent, we actually acquired through a direct mail campaign.  I live in Orlando, but unfortunately, will not be able to attend the conference next month due to a scheduling conflict. I do however, have a couple of friends attending. Open to meeting while you are in town though.

@Crystal Jones start networking! Go to meetups, the local REIA and talk to everyone about what you want to do. Of course, be careful who you take advice from and do your due diligence on everyone but there are a ton of good people in the Orlando area doing things the right way. @Andrew Davis can be a great source for you as well.

@Cole Souza replied to your other post but this group here is pretty much saying what I said there.

@Cole Souza happy to help how I can but just to let you know, without experience in a syndication like this, you will (most likely) find it hard to take down with just you and your partner. Lenders want to see the experience of the sponsors. And in this case you are looking at a bridge loan in the short term and then rolling it into agency debt down the road.  Your team on the ground in Orlando has to be solid.
