Owner occupant property or rental first?...
Hello BP community! I have a dilemma and maybe I don't see something what you would see. I am at the stage of gaining knowledge, reading, listening and networking in real estate. And I dot know how to start. I rent no place to live, lease will end in May. I have enough for down payment for FHA or conventional loan. What should I do? Buy rental property now and primary residence later (close to May) or buy potential property, break the contract with apartment I'm renting, live there, then rent it out and then buy another owner occupant property? Or maybe I don't see another way? Please help with advice where to start..

@Kateryna Kilinich getting a FHA loan and buying a multi family to house hack is always a good way to go. You could be an owner occupant your first year and start your rentals for the next properties you buy
