Post: Best place to hire a VA for telemarketing within the US

Hello there!

I am the owner of a real estate virtual assistant business and I am searching for a VA who can conduct some sales calls for me. I could require that my VA's do it, but I feel like that would be a total waste of manpower.

I have tried Up Work, but the problem tends to be that most overseas VA's don't have the ability to make phone calls to the U.S. and since my company is 100% US based, I wanted to extend that as it concerns any phone calls that are made on our behalf. Any suggestions or referrals?

Hi Vick! If you haven't found a great place to have your business cards printed professionally and affordably, try VistaPrint! You can download their template directly from their website and put your image directly on them, then upload them back to their website to have them printed. You can use Promo Code VPBC 500 to get your first 500 cards business cards for $9.99.

I use VistaPrint for all of my print marketing needs, and if ever you aren't satisfied with their work, they ALWAYS do everything they can to fix it. Hope that helps!

Absolutely! VistaPrint is a great option for quality, affordable business cards. They are also great for other marketing materials as well. Just be sure that if you are customizing your card, you download the business card template for PhotoShop to ensure that your card meets VistaPrint's bleed specifications. Use the Promo Code VPBC500 to get your first 500 business cards for $9.99. I love the ultra thick option, but the regular ones are suitable as well.

Hello there! Welcome to the community. I actually have a question for you. If one were to pursue a real estate license, but does not necessarily want to practice, how susceptible are most brokers to holding a license for someone like this?

Hi! I see that you are based California, but I am in Maryland, and I can tell you that the College Park area is great for student rentals. This area is home to the University of Maryland, College Park. It seems that kids are always looking for reasonable housing. Hope this helps! Good luck!

The best way to handle such a large volume of outgoing phone calls would be to hire a VA (or multiple) that specializes in real estate. As far as comps go, you can pool your list of properties and have your VA(s) compile data for you, and transfer it into a form that you can easily analyze. It sounds like you guys need to set up a systematic way to sort through your properties. Once you have done that, you can train your team on how to do that as well. Hope this helps. Good luck!
