If the permits were pulled by your contractor , I would change them to a homeowner builder permit first. Then you can find the subs yourself. I did a 600 sf addition like that a few years ago in my own property.

401/Covid is a hot topic, search in the forums lots of threads talking about it. The consensus is that used wisely it will make you more return that the stock market (BTW you only have until Dec 2020 to take it out , if is Covid related)

I am trying to find out whats might be the gotchas on acquiring properties on at the county  auction :  Foreclosure vs Tax Deed.

I understand the basic difference between both, I am looking more opinions from experienced investors that have dealt with this,  Is one better that the other?

I am on the hunt for my next BRRRR

property, this time I am trying to get an “off the market” deal. I found a couple however they are listed by the county records as “ Estate of... “ with the address of the abandoned property. How to find who to contact in these cases ?

Not all properties are born equal. Banks won't finance on a property that needs a full rehab, under that scenario cash is king.
