I am still debating if to take 100k out of my 401k . The window of not paying the penalty closes in December....the clock is ticking.

I'll say rent for 6 months and get a sense of the area. South Florida for example is different that the rest of Florida . There are several rural areas vs main cities. Don't commit to anything without being here first.

The weather was as hot as the flames of hell my friends.....as I opened the door of the unit with a handyman by my side, we see a small creature looking at us scared. In a matter of milliseconds the beast starts running outside  for his life. We  chase him for three blocks and when almost all hope was lost, the poor puppy stops running.... in the middle of a main avenue and around dozens of cars stopped...I finally was able to grab the poor soul back to safety ....a good deed was done today.

+1 for PenFed too , the only problem is that you can’t have more than 3 properties under your name.

This is hardly a surprise, it does not change much the status quo...at least here in FL the governor had been extending it every month already , with himself saying the extensions will continue.
