Miami Rental Properties
I’m a young professional looking to get my foot in the door as a real estate investor in the Miami, FL area. There is quite a bit of knowledge I believe I can acquire from the folks on this blog so here are my two questions.
Question 1#
When starting out, what is the best way to find real estate professionals who would be willing to work with first time (new) investors in a particular market?
Question #2
Plans for purchasing my first rental property include taking a loan from my 401k. Would any tax savvy person know the advantages/disadvantages to this with regards to COVID assistance?
