@Ibrahim Hughes I use Trello with a Scrum/Agile methodology. While I run a marketing agency, Trello is also flexible for many businesses, including real estate. Here are some examples used for real estate: https://trello.com/inspiration/real-estate

@Antonio Coleman I've spent millions generating motivated seller leads through PPC. Anyone concerned about my credibility, can Google me. Facebook works great, but not with a limited budget of only $300. I'm not going to argue with you, as I suspect you only post in an effort to rank as a 'top contributor' even though your posts lack any substance. All quantity, no quality. It gets old.

@Jose Castillo What is your DM strategy, if you don't mind sharing? Where do you get your lists? How does the math work out? What is your response rate? Close rate? I've spent millions in PPC generating motivated seller leads, but DM is foreign to me.

I would not listen to @Antonio Coleman - $300 in Facebook would be a waste.

Save more money. $300 has a very high probability of being a waste. Vegas has better odds. But to answer, I'd put that towards the gas money of driving for dollars. It won't stretch far as marketing dollars.

You're suffering from paralysis by analysis. The name of the company is not as important as picking something and getting to work. 99designs.com can make a great brand and logo for "Lewisville Investments, Inc" or "Gines Investing". My wife and I put our middle names together for "Audrey Micah Investments".

And, if you come up some killer brand like "Nikole Buys Houses" later, you can grab the domain and spend a mere $99 to throw a logo around it. Good luck!

@Cesar Espino I looked up some companies in Fort Worth, and Stewart Title stuck out. We've worked with them, and they have a solid reputation here in Houston. I would suspect the same goes for Fort Worth: http://www.stewart.com/en/stc/longview/tools-and-r...

@Account Closed thank you - I encourage you to check out some entrepreneur meetups near you. It's a great way to start building a group of motivated colleagues to meet with. Good luck!

@Dave Ramirez I just read your statement: I use a SEO friends account. I pay him $10 per month for access. I get Monday afternoons. So, you know exactly what you're doing.

For anyone looking to build their empire without cheating other businesses out of their hard-earned money, just sign up for the dang services, they aren't that expensive. If they are too expensive, go save some money up, cause you aren't ready for investing. I mean, you're two lawn mows away from paying for the monthly service. You can do it.
