@Dave Ramirez while the $6 fiverr hack sounds great, it's based upon breaking the terms of use of Spyfu, so I wouldn't recommend people do that.

"You may occasionally use our service to e-mail a webpage or PDF document from the Service to a few individuals, without charge. You are not permitted to use this service for the purpose of regularly providing other users with access to content from a Service."

@Elliot Lamson My best guess based on your description is this one: https://ifttt.com/applets/167047p-automatically-sa...

I'm guessing you make a dummy contact called 'House Leads' and then all of your texts to this contact will be saved. But, I'm not sure if that's quicker.

For free, you could use Google Forms, create a very simple form that just asks for the address (or a ton of other optional form fields, depending on how much time you have on any given instance). Then choose to have the responses directed to a google sheet: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/2917686?hl=... Save the url of that Google form to your phone's home screen, and now you just open the app, type in the address, and send - same actions as you described above.

@Elliot Lamson I cracked open my IFTTT account to see if I could find it.

I found this, which with the push of a button will text you your current address, which is kinda cool if you don't know the address of a house you want to remember as you drive by: https://ifttt.com/applets/241130p-text-me-my-locat...

I don't see anything pre-made that does what you're describing, so I'm going to assume it manually created through sms triggers and actions. I'll report back if I can replicate.

@Account Closed glad you're thinking positively about this. Lots of people out there have spent far more on useless degrees they never used. Sounds like you got some education out of it. I pay for a triathlon coach who puts together workout plans for me, I could easily grab plans online, but the accountability of my Garmin watch reporting back to my coach exactly what I'm doing keeps me going. Without that accountability, I probably would have quit much sooner. Many excuses have come up.

We have a group that meets regularly called Mastergrind, a group of entrepreneurs that keeps each other accountable. "What are you going to do this month" / "Did you do what you said you would last month?" - I encourage you and others to find a group like this and meet regularly.

@Taylor Dove You could probably get away with using their free tool, or looking at a competitor in a different city who ranks for all profitable terms, and review the keywords they target. But, premium tools are the way to compete, so start with their basic package ($49) and work your way up as you use it. Once you stop using it, unsubscribe. As a real estate investor, you only need these tools every once in awhile. Other tools to look at are SEMrush and Spyfu. We have premium subscriptions to both, and have for years, great tools.

@Travis Hafer We use Airbnb when we travel. In fact, we have a house in nicaragua for the month of June we booked through airbnb. I've never heard of VRBO, and I've heard of Homeaway, but didn't know what it was till now.

I live in a Houston, and have never heard of Port Aranas. DM me the listing on Homeaway, and we might be interested. I just started marketing for a client in Corpus Christi, so it wouldn't hurt to visit.

Post: Using Weebly for a motivated sellers website

@Cristina Ortega if you're looking to rent your site (weebly, investor carrot, or lead propeller) as opposed to building your own, I would not go with weebly. You can customize your site in all of these platforms to some degree. The reason so many sites look alike is because so many don't customize them. Weebly will provide the least amount of support for your specific need, since Investor Carrot and Lead Propeller are built for investors. So, while I understand you wanting to stand out, this can be done to some degree, and if you feel that you need a higher degree of difference between you and your competitors, I would encourage you to reconsider why that's so important.

@Kirky Galt Do you have some examples of sales copy? And do you do legal copy by chance? Personal Injury specifically.

@Zach Faris With $10K in PPC I can generate at least 20 quality motivated seller leads. We do this for multiple investors in many Texas cities, and a few others across the country. Leads come instantly, not requiring months of DM. But, I've never personally run DM campaigns, so I can't compare the two.
