I use to take the freedoms I had in this country for granted. Now that I am faced with losing more and more of them each day I have woke up to the fact that anything really is possible and that is not always a positive. I would never had thought I'd have seen the day that this country put a socialist in office either but it happened. I would never have thought our government would have had the audacity to force their way into something as important the our right to choose our health care and providers either but its happening.

if your seller doesn't care then you can decide.

I'm sure it is not a law here in Florida so it must be only certain states that give that right. Quite frankly, as a buyer, I don't see how they can mandate something like that. If it doesn't go the way I want, I simply won't buy from you.

Yes, its better if you are familiar with the people you work with, they know your process and what you expect. There's less chance of something getting messed up especially if you're using creative financing. A title company unfamiliar with what you are doing can throw a monkey wrench in the works and blow the whole deal.

Hi Matty,

I haven't traded many stocks for a while for obvious reasons but when I do, I am big tech stock junkie and praise the Nasdaq. I still trade Forex regularly though. Do you do much currency trading. What's your picks for next week?

D.C, Fawcett's system is exactly that a system. You have to sign on for the $5000 grand deal to make it work his way.
Now that may seem kind of high priced, but if you know nothing about investing and have no money to invest what is your plan B?

Your plan B is to take the time to learn the business, the way he and all other successful investors did. Trial and error.

Btw, D.C. is not a rip off, I am was but am not currently his student. I am going it on my own as I have access to big bucks for the AB transaction.

I'd like to add that I fully agree with all of the above except the part about being one of his students. With the exception of the fact that in a way, I still am. Since I live right down the road from DC I see him frequently and attend his seminars quite often. He is by no means a fraud. I started in RE investing by attending meetings at my local REI association so I knew the basics, where and how to get funding, how to spot deals etc. etc. before I ever met DC. I do not need to purchase an entire system to follow in order to repeat the process he explains. Did I ever purchase one of DC's programs? No. Do I watch his seminars and follow his system? Hell, yeah. He's good.

I'm assuming you are speaking as a buyer of the property? I suppose that depends on who you are working with. Sometimes if you're dealing with a realtor or a mortgage broker, they have a title company they work with. If you are dealing with an FSBO, many times they will not have a title company lined up. I prefer to use my own regardless if the seller has one or not unless they have specific objections or reasons why they want to use their own. Ultimately, I would think the choice is yours.

I'm sure hoping you're right on that. That's a scary one. Its more than just gun control we're talking about here. I feel all of that is included in that bill is invasion of privacy. Psychological testing? By who? Those nuts? Which really means they can pick and chose who has a firearm and who doesn't. I can only guess where that would go. Yes, I know you are correct that the current group of Democrats are not big on gun control. But most are big on bribes.

Ditto here on Craiglist as well as Backpage but I actually got a better response from my yard signs. Considering the cost, they're certainly the best bang for your buck.
