I buy and sell land in Florida if you ever come across land there.

Your best bet is to post on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and Zillow?  Could also reach out to agents who have represented buyers/sellers of similar land nearby to see if they have a buyer and maybe give them a cut of the profit for bringing a buyer. 

Do you own or are you trying to assign the contract?  I buy land in Florida to flip (i.e. I need it deeply discounted).  

Is an online notary not an option like notarize or notarycam?  I have sold property while abroad using them.

I'd follow up.  Just say you wanted to check in and see what the owner said.  

More than likely, you'll have to contact an attorney who will handle the probate process.  This could take months and cost you thousands of dollars.  Hopefully, you have enough of a spread to make it worth your while. 

Looks amazing.  I prefer Bogota to Medellin but can't argue with those numbers.  Did you get any sort of financing or did you just pay cash for everything?  Did you go through an agency or find the property on your own?  I met with the founder of FAR, an older US citizen when I was in Medellin in 2017.

Ok, how much land and what for? That would determine a commercial agent vs a residential one.

Where do you need land and what for?  That might determine where you should go and who you should talk to.  The USA and Florida are full of pieces of land for sale.
