There's always a catch. A mastermind/CRM for that one. Listen to podcasts, watch YouTube videos, find others in similar boat and meet regularly online to discuss. Almost all the information is online for free. You're really only paying for the accountability and organization of the info.

Everyone wants to try and sell you a course. Plenty of free options out there to learn the business and get your feet wet and start taking action. Once you've figured out if this is the business for you, plenty of paid options out there. I started using my own and close family members money. Now I do a mixture of my own, family, and partners money to do deals.

I'd suggest taking a free course like that provided by Pete Reese at Land Conquest to get your feet wet and take some action. If you think land flipping is for you, there are plenty of decent paid options out there. I see a lot of the same names pumping the same guru which makes me very suspicious. Most of the information is out there for free. Learn as much as you can for free first before dropping thousands on courses or mentors.

In addition, I'd post on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, LandSearch, LandCentury. All have free options to post your property.

I just went through this today. You have to submit a ticket with Zillow and hope they reach out to you. They will want you to provide information that can't be gotten online and unfortunately, most things related to deeds/tax bills in Florida can be gotten online. Also, Zillow places FSBO listings in a hard-to-find location on their website (separate tab). You can list on websites like HomeCoin for $95 and that'll put it on the MLS and therefore Zillow for you.
