Update:

I sent him an email and then sent his broker an email. He replied claiming that an assistant posted the work and she was no longer with the company. It was removed in about 48 hours.

Fast for me. Kinda busy front page. I would increase the font or go bold on the info on the top about who you are. I was struggling a little to understand that what you do.

In fact, no offense, but do your customers really care about a big picture of your office building? You have 3 seconds to grab a visitor before they hit the back button. Why not make a big statement about what you do and why they should stay on the site?

I agree with MikeOH. There is an area called low income (where everyone sleeps till noon and waits for the mailman), but no bullets.

I have 15 in low income, 5 new construction, 4 in blue collar, 2 in college/young professional area.

Manage all myself.

The best way to figure out if wholesaling is dead is find the investors in your area and ask them. If not dead, start birdogging for them to learn the ropes, develop your list of potential wholesale buyers (other investors) and generate some cash to start doing your own deals.

Great info. Thank you for replying. When I posted this in August, I was trying to get some idea of what numbers I was aspiring to hit.

I am now about 1/4 of you of the unique visitors, but only 1% of the leads.

How long have you had the websites? Are you generally hitting first page for the majority of your target keywords?

Beachbum has some good points.

Is the problem that no one is calling about the apartment? If so, how are you advertising?

If you are getting plenty of showings, but you can't get anyone to fill out an application, then I think your price, location, condition or features are out of the norm for the area.

You should always take a deposit. Never let that go. If they trash the place or skip out on the last month, you are left with no cash to fix the problem.

Give us more info.
