Website Lead Generation

Are there any agents (that have good or great website traffic] out there that would share some information with us regarding website lead generation?

My questions are:
[list]How many unique visitors per day are you seeing on your website?
Do you have just one site or multiple ones?
Is your blog part of your main website or does it stand alone?
What is the biggest source of visitors to your website?
How many "leads" do you generate per month?
How many of those do you convert into customers/buyers/sellers?
Do you give credit to your website as being a money making tool?[/list:u]

I know some of this information is letting us look behind the curtain and so I want to say up front, thank you for sharing.
