I posted previously in the wholesaling section of this forum. I have been reading this site all day everyday for a few days. My mind is full of plenty of ideas but I have a few problems.

No capital at all.

But i keep hearing all about people having 500 dollars and now have millions how?(on this forum specifically the post what did you start out with?)

Also is anybody in the bucks county pa area that are wholesaling? I have been told that the market is dead for wholesaling and i disagree but i am not knowledgeable enough and a little afraid to put myself out there.

What is the best move for a brand new investor who really would love find a great investment. My goal is to build a huge commercial structure like a mall and live off the royalties. I gotta start small though.
