A lot of good advise from @Account Closed. Keep us up to date on how you are progressing.

I had the same question myself. Thanks for the info @Dave Van Horn

I agree with Greg S. It's not your problem.

I'm looking for someone who wants to put the work in and get started. Good credit would be necessary. Don't need a lot of money. Can find the deals, just have to find the right ones where it won't take to much to rehab. I work hard, and with a little effort I can find the right contractors to do the things I can't.

Some of the areas in South Philly can get expensive. Point Breeze has  great potential if you can find an affordable property still available. Good luck.

I don't have any experience in flipping or holding. Looking to get started. It's not brain surgery! I'm VERY motivated, and looking for someone that is also VERY motivated. I know others who have investing experience. If they can do it, anybody can!

I've been on BP for about a year now. I'm looking for a RE partner(s) that is motivated. I'm ready to take that next step as an investor. I had a friend of mine who showed a little interest in investing, but is very unreliable and unmotivated. I don't need that. I'm looking to do either house flipping or rentals in the Philadelphia area. Let me know if you are interested, want to have a meeting, and what your goals are. I am looking forward to getting started.

Thanks!

I would like to get together with any other newbies and possibly form a partnership. Let me know if you're interested.

@Neerav Patel Your bet bet would probably be to drive around the area. Philly goes block by block. One block may be nice, then the next is a war zone. Drive around the area you're interested in and check it out.
