First time investor - Philadelphia and bucks county areas
I wanted to introduce myself to all of the nice folks here at bigger pockets.
My name is Carson Richter and I live in Langhorne PA. My fiancé and I are very interested in getting started with real estate investing. The north east seems to be a difficult area for buy and hold, so I'm really looking to the forums to help me find the areas I need to be looking in to have cash flowing properties (Kensington, Fishtown) etc. I am a homeowner for the last 3 years, and still need to understand my financing options. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great as I start to head down that direction.
Thanks, and looking forward to watching BP members make money out there!
Carson
