3 tenants - two want to remove troublemaking third roomate

I have a rental property in Philadelphia and was just contacted by two of three tenants in the property.  Apparently the two are having issues with the third, ranging from annoying things like not cleaning up after himself to more serious issues like stealing from them, damaging their property and threatening them.  The lease states that the tenants will keep the property "clean and safe" and will not disturb the peace of other tenants or neighbors.  The two want to talk to me about options - they want to stay, but want him to go, and the lease doesn't renew until August 1.

I've done some research and haven't really come across anything too helpful.  I've read that they could potentially file a restraining order against him and then he could be removed from the lease.  Is this something they need to figure out on their own, or is there something I, as the landlord, can and should do?

The troublesome tenant is their problem not yours. You may choose to get rid of all three but not simply one.

Tell them to resolve it among themselves and if they get rid of him you will be required to screen anyone new they wish to bring in.
