My tenants are moving out soon, and I am also looking to rehab my home near Crosstown.

I emailed, and plan to call, Thought someone on here might have some experience and save me from calling all three cities :)

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about short term rentals in Desoto County, Mississippi? 

These would be cities such as Southaven, Olive Branch and Hernando. I haven't had much luck with researching the ordinances nor finding anyone with experience.

Seems like a big price increase. Yeah, I agree with Bill. Get more estimates :)

Depends on the amount of lawn, weed eating, etc, for sure, but I'd say that's cheap!
