Hello!

My tenants of 5 years are moving out at the end of April. I'm looking for recommendation on contractors in the Memphis midtown area to help me get it looking good!

I plan to sale or convert it to a STR/MTR this summer.

@Joshua Savage Hust my $0.02 worth. I never give out my contractors name for renovations because I keep him busy enough and he also has many other projects.

If people refer you to someone be sure to check those references because it may be their second or third best option.
