We are spending some time in Idaho Falls in July. I plan to check out the market to see if it's a place I'd like to stay or invest. 

Any suggestions on areas/neighborhoods where I should search?

Can you talk more about Guthrie? I visited last year, and it seems a great place, but very small and I wonder about the rental market.

A bit off subject, but I will be in Idaho Falls soon. Any trail or other recommendations? TIA :)

It was difficult to find anyone. Luckily, I have good long term tenants and they wanted to renew the lease.
