@Austin Bell, do I need a realtor, or should I just get a real estate attorney to write up a contract?

Thanks!

Thanks!  I had not thought about the upkeep.  I do think I will be able to filp the property quickly though.

I believe I found a good deal on a vacant lot in an up and coming neighborhood.  Besides researching the tax accessor and asking the seller questions, where can I get more information on the property?  Who should I hire to help make this transaction?  Thanks!

I have been searching for a duplex or multiplex in my hometown because I have to go there every few months and since family and friends are there I probably always will.  With a duplex, I will have a place to stay while I rent the other areas out.  Currently, I am traveling and I do not have a primary residence and so I plan to purchase this home with that type of loan.  However, I will probably buy a home in another area of the country when I do decide to settle down.  Do I have to wait a specific amount of time before I use the same type of loan?  Thanks!

I am about to purchase my first turnkey property with my Self-Directed IRA. This will pay for about most of the purchase. Hopefully, it will have a full-time tenant to pay the mortgage. If the home is vacant for some reason how would I pay if I cannot use personal funds with my self directed IRA? Thanks!

Like many others I fell in love with Belize after visiting. We searched for property and I found a home I wanted. Our daughters are still in school and so it will be at least 5 years before we move there. If I purchase this home with a self directed IRA and decide I want to live there later, how can I go about it without losing my IRA or being taxed? Thanks!

I have around 50,000 in retirement that I want to put into a self-directed IRA. Afterwards, I am considering putting 20% down on one or two turnkey rentals. Is this an option? If the rental goes uninhabited, can I make the monthly payments with the IRA? Thanks!
