@Alex R.

Could you send that list to me too? Or do you have any recommendations? I’m really not finding many referrals.

@Remington Lyman

Hello, just seeing this thread. If you wouldn’t mind sending me the list as well I would really appreciate it.
Thank you.

@Eliott Elias I have no idea. That’s why I’m asking. 😊

@Fulton Abraham Sanchez I don’t know if someone is a better fit because I don’t know if this person is asking too much. Hit do I find these CPAs? I don’t think BP has a feature like finding an agent.

Hello,

I just bought my first rental property and I’ve always done my own taxes (I’ve always just had W2s). I want to pay a professional now that I have a rental but I’ve only gotten 2 referrals and only one got back to me with a quote- $440. This seems really high to me, but since I’ve been doing my own for free I have no context.
can anyone tell me if this is average?

My W2 is in Arizona and my property is in OH.

@Tyler Hull Thank you for your help. I'm looking for a duplex ideally, but if the numbers work on a SFR that would be okay.
@Brock Mogensen I appreciate your input. I like West Allis and Cudahy.
@Marcus Auerbach Thanks for the tip, I’ll take a look at the map.
@Dustin Young

1. Duplex ideally

2. $100k ish

3. This will be long distance so I need a team

4. Buy and hold.

Hello everyone,

I have yet to buy my first property. I live in AZ but I’ve been looking in my hometown of Wausau WI. There is very little inventory there and in some areas the property taxes are really high.
I want to get to know a market with more inventory yet still somewhere in WI so I thought I’d look into Milwaukee. I really don’t know where the good neighborhoods are though.

I would appreciate any basic knowledge of what the decent areas are (I’d love street boundaries since the app I use doesn’t show neighborhoods). Thank you for your help and any information you would like to provide. If it seems like a good market to look in I’ll also be looking for an investor (and newbie) friendly realtor.
Thank you!

@Charlie Anne if you scroll down the calculator landing page you’ll see an option to use the old one.
All of my properties on the old calculator didn’t move to the new one either and the new one doesn’t have the charts at the bottom like the old one. I finally got it to work but it’s missing a few things that I liked about the old one.
