You could always start the Georgia pre-license class online prior to moving!

It's a little odd and could make the property harder to sell down the line. If the property is in good shape otherwise, with newer finishes etc, OR is well priced, I've found that tenants can look past quirks like this much more than a buyer.

Hi @williamcoet! You would want to ask about the value of the homes your realtor sent you AFTER they are renovated, etc. That way you can determine if it's worth it to do the rehab and still turn the profit you want. You could also ask to see examples of recently sold homes that are renovated, so you can see the level in which the work is in being done.
