What are the important numbers questions to answer when talking with a realtor about potential flips or tear downs and rebuilds.

A realtor sent me a list that she thinks will be good rehabs or tear downs and rebuilds.

What are the best numbers questions I can ask to pick the best options.

Thanks!

Hi @williamcoet! You would want to ask about the value of the homes your realtor sent you AFTER they are renovated, etc. That way you can determine if it's worth it to do the rehab and still turn the profit you want. You could also ask to see examples of recently sold homes that are renovated, so you can see the level in which the work is in being done.
