@Hai Loc thanks for the response! I’m starting to notice that working with tenants is exerting the same energy as working with buyers as well

Hey everyone,

I've had my license for 2 months now, and have been diving in to the rental side of the business to get my feet wet and build my network and potential future clients.

I have been able to generate significant tenant leads from Facebook by posting current rental listings in my office.

It has been successful so far, however i've been unable to obtain rental listings.

Curious if any agents out there have any tips or tricks to go after landlords or property management companies to get some listings under my belt

Anything helps!

Hey Everyone,

I currently live in Toronto, and am looking to being my real estate investing journey. My two areas I am strongly considering are Barrie and Orillia. Ideally I would like to get into duplex, triplex or multi-family with at least 3+ tenants

I am still on the fence as to which area I should dive into and continue researching. Curious if anyone in here has invested in those areas and has some feedback!

I choose these two areas based on proximity to where I currently live, population growth, job growth, vacancies, and the overall strength of the rental market in these areas.

Any feedback would be appreciated! Good luck to everyone out there!

Hey everyone, I am looking to begin the journey of investing in real estate. Primarily multi-family or multi unit homes to buy and hold with profitable cash flow. I currently live in Toronto, however I am looking to invest outside the city such as; Barrie, Peterborough, London, Waterloo etc...

Any investors on here who have been investing around these areas who would recommend which market to pursue?

It’s an extremely competitive and saturated market.

I am looking to do more inbound marketing (seo, ppc, facebook ads) as opposed to the traditional outbound marketing that many wholesalers currently do (cold calling, direct mail, etc..) which I believe should help in a very competitive market

Curious as to what your opinion is on this

New to wholesaling in this area, and was looking for some title companies or investor friendly agents who work regularly with investors. More specifically in Broward, Martin, Collier, and Palm Beach county.
