Barrie or Orillia Investing
Hey Everyone,
I currently live in Toronto, and am looking to being my real estate investing journey. My two areas I am strongly considering are Barrie and Orillia. Ideally I would like to get into duplex, triplex or multi-family with at least 3+ tenants
I am still on the fence as to which area I should dive into and continue researching. Curious if anyone in here has invested in those areas and has some feedback!
I choose these two areas based on proximity to where I currently live, population growth, job growth, vacancies, and the overall strength of the rental market in these areas.
Any feedback would be appreciated! Good luck to everyone out there!
