Hey everyone, I am looking to begin the journey of investing in real estate. Primarily multi-family or multi unit homes to buy and hold with profitable cash flow. I currently live in Toronto, however I am looking to invest outside the city such as; Barrie, Peterborough, London, Waterloo etc...

Any investors on here who have been investing around these areas who would recommend which market to pursue?
