Hey guys, just recently got my license (last Thursday) and am trying to find a good firm in Charlotte to affiliate with. Looking for good training programs and a fair commission split to get started. I’m leaning towards Allen Tate. Any comments/recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Real estate is quite addicting and to be frank I spend most of my time dealing/educating my self about it however much as I can. I always have BP podcast playing if I have the chance, haha.

However, we all need a break. Sometimes. My main hobbies other than real estate are surfing and snowboarding (depending on the season). I still can’t pick a favorite between the two. Although I’m starting to lean towards boarding over surfing (no shade Brandon). Other than that I generally enjoy anything outside and active. Such as hiking, biking, and skating. If you can’t catch me on the trails biking you can find me in my spin studio getting a good sweat on. I also love weightlifting and have been doing it for a little over a year now.

I would like to get into CrossFit in the future.
