@Brian Ellis, I am using SmartMove credit check service from TransUnion since many years. Excellent service and report.

As @Account Closed said... I just get their email address and enter in my SmartMove account, applicant get the link to pay and enter their personal information... I get credit report where I verify address, name etc with their photo id.

As you post this question in BP, you must be RE investor....

Texas is great place to invest... as tremendous growth in forecast... Here you can see data from Oxford economy on North American cities with maximum population growth by 2030

@Sarah Stokes, Actually my Amazon tool is sold out... LOL

My other recommendation is to invest in cities with expected population growth.

Here is Oxford Economic data about population growth in world by 2030...

https://www.oxfordeconomics.com/Media/Default/landing-pages/cities/OE-cities-summary.pdf

Based on this... Top 5 North American cities with maximum growth by 2030...

Again LA and Toronto are very expensive market for investment... Remaining three are...

  • Dallas
  • Phoenix
  • Houston

@Steve Sun,

Amazon already research for us, they selected top 20 cities...

We can filter this list further...

  • Few of them are expensive cities like LA, Toronto, DC, NY, Boston, Northern Virginia & Newark.
  • Recent trends of migration to Sun belt filter out northern cities like Chicago, Columbus, Philly & Pittsburgh

Remaining choice...

  • Denver
  • Dallas
  • Austin
  • Atlanta
  • Nashville
  • Raleigh
  • Miami

@Sandeep Reddy, you are right... prices in Princeton/McKinney/Anna are very high. Greenville and Sherman are not completely integrated with DFW metro yet... so you can find some good deal in those area. demand is very high everywhere...

@Fatin K., Fort Worth and Denton are great area for investment. It is little tough to get $350 cash flow now a days.

@Tyler Hodgson, Good to hear that you still can make $350 positive cash flow. How you are buying properties, MLS, Auction, Court house, REO? There is lot of fix required? you are Buy & Hold investor or flipping properties?
