Hello,

New out of state investor, looking for Buy and Hold, in North Dallas areas.

Understood that its priced high in Princeton/McKinney/Anna surrounding areas, was wondering if i can expand my search creteria to Greenville, TX or Sherman, TX ? Taxes are low as well.

Thank you.

Thank you for your Input, will keep my option open.
