They only give a price range like 20,000-30,000 and not the actual sold price...so I'm guessing I should stay conservative and go with 20k? Chad Trueheart

I have a lead on a property with 2 houses on 1 lot. One is 782 sqft, the other is 690 sqft, and they are both 2/1. How would I go about making an offer for this type of property? Would I do my due dilligence for both or would I just do it for one?

I need the sources for recently sold prices, and trouble figuring out the ARV. Ned Carey...I was told Zillow and Trulia were unreliable so I stay away from those sites.
