What about driving or walking for dollars? I'm a new wholesaler and have been getting to know the areas I want to invest in by doing just that. Also you can talk to the neighbors to see if they know anyone who wants/needs to sell. Good luck!

I own Cash-Cars of Rock Hill on Cherry rd. We usually keep about 60 cars. Specialize in low prices mostly under 5k.

Before I start making some offers on properties in Charlotte I would love to meet with any private lenders that are financing fix and flips in the area. I am looking to purchase for 250k and below and will have 25-50k cash to bring on my end depending on price. 

About me: 32 years old, self employed since I was 21. I currently own a car lot with about 1 million in revenue per year. Started with 3 cars over 10 years ago. Hard worker and super driven to succeed. Also married(11 years!) with a 10 year old son and one on the way! I also have 760 credit.
