       First time flipper looking to put an offer on a couple cheaper properties outside of Uptown Charlotte. Looking for a realtor who works with flippers/investors and knows the neighborhoods outside of Charlotte like NODA, Belmont/Plaza Midwood/Cherry etc. I am trying to build a lasting relationship as I plan to continue investing in the future as well! If anyone has any referrals please let me know!
