Charlotte Newbie looking to partner w/ private money!

Hi BP,

Before I start making some offers on properties in Charlotte I would love to meet with any private lenders that are financing fix and flips in the area. I am looking to purchase for 250k and below and will have 25-50k cash to bring on my end depending on price.

About me: 32 years old, self employed since I was 21. I currently own a car lot with about 1 million in revenue per year. Started with 3 cars over 10 years ago. Hard worker and super driven to succeed. Also married(11 years!) with a 10 year old son and one on the way! I also have 760 credit.

If anyone is interested in maybe financing or partnering please drop me a line (803)524-1600 and I can answer any other questions you may have. I can qualify for hard money but would rather work with someone locally and also get a slightly better interest rate. Thanks for your consideration. -Ryan Battista
