Had Realeflow - even though i have a lifetime license, I don't like it our use it.  Tried getting a custom build of podio. Connected a bunch of apps like callrail, mailchimp, zapier, slybroadcast, etc.  You had to do all your automations in globiflow. It was cumbersome.  

As a one man show, I like REI Blackbook for all the easy to build automations. Text, RVM, email, alerts, etc. You can build something that eliminates the need to hire right away, but you have to build out the workflows the way you want them.

I have used REI Blackbook for about a year and a half. It is the best solution I have found, and their team is great to work with. I have their Accelorator plan, maybe it used to be called pro? Basically, it gives me access to a ton of trainings they have put on and more text/email credits, which help with all the automations I do. I don't have to connect podio, callrail, mailchimp, etc. They also now have a driving for dollars app I use which cut my app cost down a ton from deal machine. David, if you want to get past the 997 start up, I know a guy :) I have been using REIBB for a year and a half now. They are great and I really like all the education they do for investors. 

They are speaking at my virtual meetup in a couple days if you want to see what new features they have added. The training on monday is how to add 2 extra deals per month without spending more money on advertising. Basically plugging holes in your system with automations. It should be interesting.

Our REI Blackbook has been awesome. Ever since they added Webhooks, we have been able to integrate zapier automations in addition to the automations inside REIBB.

One of my favorite things about their team is that they really focus on helping train investors, and are always adding new features to make our lives easier. Their speaker promised a bunch of freebies on the call and is giving a presentation on how investors can do more deals with the leads they already have. These are nowhere near the same products. Propstream helps you sort and manipulate data so you can market to the records. There is no list service with REI Blackbook. There is an event in BiggerPockets events for Monday, November 30th in our meetup group. One of the REI Blackbook guys is going to speak to us and promises to give out a bunch of freebies. It's worth checking out.
