Anyone have any experience with REI Blackbook? I saw it at a seminar but I haven't heard anyone using it.

I have been an investor for about two years now. I made my bones through Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad organization and have been very happy with the results. One of the tools I was introduced to is REI Blackbook. This forum isn't big enough to tell everything, so I'll give the reader's digest version.

REIBB give me EVERYTHING I need to succeed. I have several websites purchased and managed through REIBB, there are dozens of landing pages and automated mail campaigns, there is a new Bird Dog Portal from managing your bird dogs, there is a recent partnership with Bandit Signs on Wheels, there is a very powerful CRM, and the customer service is outstanding. BUT, the best part of REIBB is it's founder Damon. He gets it. He has put together a team of developers, designers, marketers, and writers and puts all the tedious work we do on autopilot.

IMHO, REI Blackbook is a great tool that gives you everything an investor needs to succeed and the best part is, REIBB V2 is about to be launched and most of the new stuff came as a result of users like me making suggestions for new features. Damon listens, and puts HIS money where MY mouth is to make the product better

For those of you in the Los Angeles area, maybe you shouldn't use it. That would be more competition for me.
