I used deal machine. Good product, but the enterprise account was way too expensive, so I switched to Profit Drive from the REI Blackbook guys. It was rough at first, but they have turned it into a really solid product. Unlimited drivers for about 1/4th what i was paying with deal machine. And the mail is cheaper too. I have a discount on my site if you are interested.

I am pretty sure REI Reply is just white labeled High Level. I do not know the level of customization they did to it for real estate. Billy Gene just white labeled High Level for his crm product as well. It is a good product, but not built for real estate out of the box. Anyone know what REI Reply customized on the High Level platform?

On a very basic level, use something to store your prospect's info. Podio, hubspot...whatever when you first start. Even a google sheet can be fine to start. Just make sure that you can properly export when you are ready to upgrade/change.

I tried RealeFlow. I did the podio thing, customizing, automating, connecting apps. It can be a lot.

I switched to REI Blackbook. You can customize everything without linking a ton of apps. It is in one "sandbox". They also host websites, phone numbers, and landing pages which saves money on other services (i.e. carrot, callrail, clickfunnels). Throw in texting and rvm's and it is all most investors need.

If you are ever ready, I think I have a link floating around to waive their normal $997 start-up fee.

@Abram Ylitalo you could probably do that with rei blackbook, and setup custom drip follow up for each marketing channel /status.

@Sean Wenderoth REI BlackBook for investors. It's what I use.

Yes, we did record it. You can pm me and I will send you the link. I might try to post here too, but bigger pockets will probably block it.

Thanks, Kuba. I have never heard of REI Kit. I have been using REI Blackbook for a while and I like it a lot, but I always like comparing what else is out there.

Is the CRM portion based on HighLevel framework? Or Built from the ground up?

I used to do the podio thing. Connecting a million apps, building automation in globiflow.  Callrail, mailchimp, slybroadcast, etc.  Even though podio starts simple, it gets difficult and complicated with all the connections.

I switched to REI Blackbook about a year and a half ago. I use their accelerator plan because of all the automation I do, plus I like the free training. They are becoming a great education company.

I really like the team there. One of the guys is actually speaking at my meetup group in a few days. Here is the BP link. He is going to give some free training, and show some of the new features with REI Blackbook.
