Hey friends,

We just finished a new website to target sellers a private money in New York City area.

http://www.negevp.com/

Our budget goes to direct mail and we don't have more to invest at this point for online marketing. Do you guys have suggestions/directions where to start?

Thanks!

Thanks everybody!

@Andrew Wilson  I'll call the tax assessors office tomorrow morning. When I went down there last week, they weren't very helpful but I'll try again.

@Victoria Winters with RealQuest Pro, do you pay per lead?

@Shane Foster I'll definitely look into those

Hello BP friends,

I did drive for dollar and came across different vacant houses in Brooklyn, NY.

I looked up at Street Easy and Advanced Background Check and I found the owner's name (for some of the houses) but I'm trying to locate their current address so I can send  them a yellow letter, any suggestions?

I went to Acris, clicked on Party Name (search by party name) and I found the information about the property (Block, Lot, CRFN, etc) but I don't see the current address of the owner.

Any help would be great!

Thanks

BP friends,

I'm trying to generate more leads to find motivated sellers and I thought to search at the courthouse eviction filings.

Does anybody here have a good/bad experience with that? specifically in New York City?

Thanks!

Post: Private Money - What's the best way to approach them?

Hello friends,

I made a list of ten people I know personally and I want to approach them about raising private money (either from them or people they think might be interested) for quick flips in the New York City area. I don't have a track record yet since I'm starting out but I'll present to them each deal with an organized professional presentation including the numbers, time line, rehab estimate coasts, profit and more.

I wanted to hear some opinions about what's the best way to approach them.
Should I present interest based loans or profit loans? Should I mention any numbers or let them bring it up?

Thanks!
