Guys, thank you so much!

I'll definitely check the city municipal code. I see those signs all around so either they are allowed in certain areas or people hang them against the law, will find out.

Appreciate the help

Hey BP friends,

My partner and I are starting this week our marketing to target distressed sellers by hanging bandit signs! Exciting:)

From your experiences, what are the most effective spots?

Also, since we are based in New York City, I was wondering where can I find the local laws so the city don't fine us.

Thanks!

Roy

Hey, I was wondering if anybody has some information about Camden, NJ.
Houses value, potential buyers and more. Any leads will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi @Martin Woll - sure that would be great although my partner and I haven't looked at multifamily properties yet. Let's keep in touch and maybe meet in person.

My name is Roy Assaf and I'm really happy to join the Bigger Pockets community.

I'm based in New York City and my partner and I recently started an investment company targeting distressed properties and distressed sellers. We are looking at Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan and the suburbs of the city.

We would love to meet investors and all other real estate community members.

Looking forward to get to know new BP friends.

Roy

Hi Joshua,

My name is Roy Assaf and I'm a new investor based in New York City.

I'm actually a jazz musician and together with my partner (who is a jazz musician as well) we have been seriously devoting our time and mind over the past few months into real estate.

I've been listening to your podcast every day and it's absolutely amazing!

Thank you so much for all you have been doing and helping.

Best,

Roy
