@Derek Morrison I develop new SFR and the main person on my team is my architect. He knows what questions to ask when talking to the building/development department and that's how he'll find out what can be built on the property, etc.

Hello all my San Diego locals! For the past month I have been hosting a REI Happy Hour Social in Normal Heights, North Park, etc. and the turnout has been great and growing. So with that being said, I figured I would extend the invite to you all here. If you would like to attend, let me know and I will shoot you an invite to this Fridays' as well as any upcoming (bi-weekly).

This happy hour is for you, the real estate investor, who knows the importance of networking. You deserve to wind down, enjoy an ice cold draft, and meet new like-minded investors without the worry of a presentation with a "guru" trainer/speaker.

This group is for you because you enjoy great conversation, trading ideas, comparing strategies, and sharing deals with people you can really get to know through genuine conversation outside of the office or the basic and overrated coffee shop.

Invite others to join us, if you know they will benefit, if you want to share a drink with them, or if you just don't want to network alone. It doesn't matter. We're here to chat, focus on progress, and to make sh*t happen.

True. Thank you so much for the suggestion.

Do you want to answer a bunch of questions from people who are just curious about investing but either won't or aren't qualified?

Theo, definitely great point. I actually ended up inviting only Accredited investors onto the webinar and will keep it that way moving forward. Thank you for the good point brought up.

What is the purpose of your webinars? Bringing investors into your deal, or providing general updates as you execute your business plan?

Thank you Taylor. I appreciate that. The purpose of the webinar was to educate the benefits of investing in multi-family in San Diego, and then it leads into the current multi-family deals we have going on.

Hello, currently my partners and I are working on a couple multi-unit deals, a fix-n-flip, and a mixed-use commercial property. We're planning on hosting multiple investor webinars on each deal so everyone receives the same information, including the answers provided from a live Q&A Session.

If you've ever hosted a webinar/presentation for a group of investors, do you think that the prezo should be exclusive to only those who are accredited or keep the prezo open invite to anyone, (including those that are just curious)?
