So far so good. I'm heading out that way end of March-mid April. Have quite a few land deals going on locally in San Diego, Ca., that are supposed to close end of April, but if I can close sooner then we'll be out there (living in Warren) sooner.

Even without me there though, we sent out our first marketing today. Just ready to get things going, though for sure. Have a good team lined up on the legal, GC, handyman, local mentor, and lending side. Now looking for the right appraiser I can give continuous work to.

 Absolutely. I know how it is. Those high pressure times make us the toughest. Congrats on that 👊🏽

@Kelly Simpson sounds like you really have things straightened out and you've set yourself pretty well and able to make strong offers considering your credit score, financial reserves, and credit available.
