Hey Fellow BPer's,

A question:

How much should an investor request in a POF? Should I ask for the amount of the listing price or should I request the amount I want to offer?

If this question has been answered elsewhere in the forum, a friendly nudge toward that thread would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Anthony

I was advised to put down $5,000. Is that amount out of the ordinary? I figured $2500 would be a happy medium.

Tim

Great idea. I'd gladly cough up $20 for an ebook from the folks on this site.

Nick

I bookmarked Valerie's website. Very nice.;-)
