Great L.A.- area Investment Club

Greetings Fellow Southern Cali BPer's

I attended a fantastic meeting last Thursday night -- The Naked Lady Real Estate Investment Club.

Founded by Rosie Nieto, the club is a wonderful venue for deal leads and resources. There were pitches by locals, wholesaler Tony Alvarez and residential/commercial mortgage broker, Fred Solomon. Both men were very knowledgeable about their respective areas of expertise and did not resort to hard sells -- no booths in the back of the room, etc. There is nothing wrong with that, just stating that this was not that type of meeting.

I made several key contacts and may even have a potential mentor/partner on a 73 unit multifamily I have been tracking for a few months, now. In the interests of full disclosure, I ran into folks I felt were perpetual students at the gathering but, overall, found plenty of others who were there to make connections and money.

For those BPer's who reside in the Greater Los Angeles region, I highly recommend you check out next month's meeting. You'll not be disappointed and no I am not an affiliate of anyone mentioned in my post.

Regards,
Anthony
