Tiger Sun,

First things first -- great name!;-)

Second, check out the respective forums for your areas of interest. There is a lot of info available to be taken advantage of.

Third, don't hesitate to ask for help. You'll figure out who the heavyweights are from the quality of their posts. As I say ad nauseum, the members of this forum not only give sound advice but will do deals if the numbers pencil out and you're willing to put in the work.

Fourth, welcome to Bigger Pockets. I wish you well because there is plenty to go around. Take care.

I live in Santa Monica, CA -- $100,000 out here? Forget cheap -- that's a steal.

Hey folks,

Has anyone dealt with Citi Residential Lending?

I'm gathering info on a potential short sale deal and the institution originally holding the first deed was gobbled up by Citi. Any insight/contact info would be much appreciated.

Blake,

Don't forget to check the Labor stats. A good friend of mine is in finance -- trader/equity analyst at a prominent broker/dealer -- and he's able to derive all kinds of economic information from the Census/Labor stats.

Hope that helps.

Are 3 bed, 1 bath rehabs, that are less than 1,000 square feet worth investigating?

Thanks.

James,

Forgot to send you props. You posed a question I'd planned to ask. Thanks.
