@Noelle Pritchard Barkley if your active investor buy low sell high. If your a buy and hold for wealth investor buy multiplexes. Go slow you learn more from the basics. Keep your w-2 jobs for few more years hard to get loans without exp.

@Shan Vincent Dont put all your eggs into one basket.

How would financing change if Fannie Mae went private? Would we lose the 30 yr. Mortgage? Would we be able obtain more loans? Just curious.

@David Wilson start off as a private lender see what's going on out there. Learn from your investors and when u pick up on how things work start buying your own properties..

@Jayden Grissom you don't need a degree you hire people with degrees.

@Mindy Jensen let me know when you have a Tshirt, shorts and flip flops convention with margaritas. I don't dress up anymore. Mexico, Hawaii or Costa Rica will work. Have fun people.
